A "with" Comma

I just want to double check something:

It is a wholesome story, combining the hardships and frustrations of parenthood with witty, dialogue-driven humour.

There doesn't need to be a comma after "parenthood," right, since the "with" attaches the first part to what it is being combined with?

Thanks.
