A way to tell stg which one is correct?



- I worked in the firm with a disabled health report.

- I worked in disabled statue in the firm.

- I worked in a disabled worker position in the firm.

I am trying to tell that i am a disabled person. Companies must hire disabled people. I worked in that firm in a that kind of situation.

How can i tell it?
