goroOne occasion vs. more than one occasion. I guess it's actually a case of pluralizing the incident rather than the wind, itself. I think the plural is also used by weather-guessers who are talking about more than one location at the same time.
I would like to ask why in A the plural form was used, and in B the singular form.
