Hi. Could you clarify the following point? Suppose there are several hotels on some small island, and we have the following sentences about it:

On this island, you can stay in one of the hotels.

On this island, you can stay in a hotel.

Would the second sentence suggest that there is just one hotel on the island? Thanks.
