There's a word I'm missing in the video below around 2:58.
"Just think of all the time you would have saved if you'd used dried thyme. Of course you wouldn't have anything to ____ about, though. You'd just be standing and waiting for your chicken to sauté."

I hear "...to a.v.p. about"
