a turkey look-alike

As the trend of healthy eating is more popular, the number of people who don’t eat meat has been increasing very fast. These people are called “vegetarians.” On such a meat-eating day as Thanksgiving, what can vegetarians do? Don’t worry. Vegetarians may try “tofurkey,” a turkey look-alike which is actually made of tofu, a traditional Chinese food.

Does the part in bold sound right? Is it better to say "a look-alike turkey" instead? Thanks.
