A tricky question

Choose the correct answer:

1. It's a must that all applicants follow the rules of the competition, ......?

None of them is correct I'm afraid. Your sentence has an incorrect confirmatory tag. It should be:

'It's a must that all applicants follow the rules of the competition, isn't it'?

this sentence was in an exam for secondry stage the choice isn't it was not encluded

It's not really tricky if we follow the conventional grammar rules. I am afraid none of the answers waas correct.
