A Tribute to My Uncle

Funeral rites were done with all the reverence they deserved. Uncle was then cremated. I saw bellows of smoke coming out of his pyre and travelling skyward. Those who saw me standing fist-clenched near Uncle's bier thought that I would cry my head off at least now. But, I did not.
