A Tribute.

0 I am a great fan of Charles Dickens' novels and have read almost all of them when I was in the 10th grade itself with a dictionary by my side. This day, June 9th, in 1870 he died of a stoke at his dinning table. So just thought of writing a poem, which I know hasn't come out very well, as a tribute to him. Please leave your comments. Also help me improve the poem better.Thanks. 02br

00With GREAT EXPECTATIONS 02br
00From the great America 02br
00NICOLAS NICKLEBY went to London 02br
00To meet DAVID COPPERFIELD. 02br
00It was A TALE OF TWO CITIES. 02br
00They had HARD TIMES connecting 02br
00But our mutual friend OLIVER TWIST 02br
00Helped them with their friendship. 02br
00There was NO THOROUGH FARE to 02br
00The hearts of the two men. 02br
00They went to THE OLD CURIOSITY SHOP 02br
00To buy THE HOLY TREE for Christmas 02br
00THE LAMP LIGHTER,and 02br
00a book of A CRISTMAS CAROL that 02br
00they had long forgotten since childhood. 02br
00They took A HOUSE TO LET 02br
00And read THE SHEPHERD AND OTHER CRISTMAS STORIES. 02br
00It turned out to be A HAUNTED HOUSE 02br
00And the next day they were found dead. 02br
00Oliver twist was taken for questioning 02br
00Into THE BLEAK HOUSE called prison 02br
00And beaten up black and blue 02br
00But of the deaths he had no clue. 02br
00DOCTOR MARIGOLD attended to him 02br
00And cured him of his wounds, 02br
00And it became the news even 02br
00In THE PICKWICK PAPERS. 02br
00In THE BATTLE OF LIFE, 02br
00SOMEBODY'S LUGGAGE 02br
00Of life and death were stolen; 02br
00Listening to THE CHIMES 02br
00And THE CRICKET ON THE HEARTH. 02br
00The 58 year old Charles dickens 02br
00Before he died of apoplexy 02br
00would have probably said this 02br
00About Mr.Nickleby and Mr.Copperfield, 02br
00It is THE HAUNTED MAN AND THE GHOST'S BARGAIN. 02br

0 I guess the "edit" button is no longer available? 02br
00Then good old "copy & paste", and you can change anything you want... 0-
