A tree with future/perspective/prospects

Hello,

when I speak about a tree species that has a better chance in the future because of climate change, what do I say in the headline:

"A tree with a future" (but I do not want to say "for the future" because there is a small difference in my opinion) or "A tree with prospects" or "A tree with good perspective" or something completely diffferent?

Thank you very much for your help!
