a touch of

I found a role in the TV series BREAKING BAD said "I did have a touch of my stomach". Then I look it up online and the Chinese translation is "a little". So I want to know what know what the exact way to use this phrase. Is it used to describe some materials, a kind of feeling, or both OK?
Thanks a lot in advance.
