John's foot is too big

Is "John has a too big foot" correct?

I assume both his feet are pretty much the same size. Say: John's feet are too big. However, if you use 'too' in a sentence with an adjective and a singular countable noun, the indefinite article is placed after the adjective : It was too difficult a question.
