A to Z, Z to A

I found a sentence including 'from Z to A' in a book.

Is there any difference in meaning with 'from A to Z' ?

Without context this apparently would mean "very little." For example:

"He did everything from A to Z." (This means he did every possible thing. "A to Z" is 26 letters.)

"He did everything from Z to A." (This apparently means he did little. "Z to A" is only two letters.)

kuna'from Z to A'
This is not a common thing to say or write. It's non-standard and probably just something that one person says.
kuna'from A to Z'
This is much more common.
