A title

Dear teachers,

I read an article in the newspaper under the title of "2017 a 'Golden holiday' year in Korea" (http://www.koreatimes.co.kr/www/news/nation/2017/01/116_221344.html)

Shouldn't the tile be "2017, a 'Golden holiday' year in Korea"? (Include comma)

Thanks and best regards,

David Kim
