hi alli want to write a threaten letter to a KG teacher asking her this is the last threaten then she will be fired if she hit the kids again !!please i need your help !!

According to the complaints which the school received from many parents of Kg students against Teacher; .............................. It is about abusing the students physically, screaming and punishing them by letting the kids stand long time in the class corners.

Fourth: The 2^nd Party's Duties:

The 2^nd party should do all the school duties perfectly according to the instruction of our religion and the Ministry of Education such as:

· Never abuse the students physically [hitting] or verbally [using bad words]. Doing so would result in immediate termination of service.

The administration of .............................Schools warns her orally several times but in vain. So the administration decides to give the teacher this last written warn. Otherwise, the teacher will be fired if there is no positive response.

Hi again,

Your letter sounds like you are not going to give it to the teacher. eg you talk about 'her', not about 'you'.

Have you considered writing a simpler version, directly to the person. Like this.

This is a breach of our school's regulations and those of the Ministry of Education. According to these regulations, abusing students physically [hitting] or verbally [using bad words] will result in immediate termination of service.

Our school administration has warned you orally several times, but in vain. So, we have decided to give you this last written warning. You will be fired if there are any further breaches of the regulations.
