Can someone help me to interpret the context difference between these two sentences? I ask my friend:

"By the way, do you happen to be acquainted with A beautiful woman who appears daily in the woods at sunset?"

"By the way, do you happen to be acquainted with THE beautiful woman who appears daily in the woods at sunset?"


"A beautiful woman" . . . -> not emphatic, I don't think he is acquainted with the woman.

"The beautiful woman" . . . -> emphatic, I suspect he might know about this woman's existence already.

Would you say the explanation is valid?
