Which is a better choice in these sentences present perfect or present perfect continuous?
Brad has been thinking/has thought poorly of Marsha for a long time.
I have been thinking/I have thought for a long time and I have decided( I know that here with 'dedide"only present perfect is possible) that you need to give up your job.
Why are you shaking so? What have you been doing? (What have you done?)
Thanks

I don't see any serious difference in quality in any of those sentences. Choice depends on the speaker at the moment.
