After reading Nef's post, I think the preposition "at" is right or appropriate in that context. Let me give you my three contexts where the three prepositions might/will be used.

He is an English teacher at CK Senior High School.

He is working as an English teacher in CK Senior High School. (I think here you can use the "at" too but feel the "in" is better
