A sullen mouth

In the book that I have been reading, it describes someone's mouth as "a sullen mouth". In my dictionary it says that "sullen" means bad-tempered or someone who does not speak much.

I am just wondering what kind of mouth could be called as a sullen mouth? Would it be looking like both of the edges going downwards? like the face of Emotion: sad ?

Please answer this question, as I would really like to be able to imagine how would a sullen mouth look like. Thank you.

Yes, an unsmiling mouth. It's possible that "sullen mouth" is not simply a literal physical description of someone's mouth, but more a metaphor for their whole personality.
