If enterprise A is subordinate to Group (enterprise) B and Group (enterprise)B is subordinate to Group (enterprise)C. Please kindly help me proofread If my following sentence is correct, thank you very much!

Enterprise A is subordinate to Group (enterprise) B which is under the jurisdiction of Group (enterprise)C.

It's more natural to say
eg Company A is controlled by Company B, which is controlled by Company C.

eg Company A is a subsidiary of Company B, which is a subsidiary of Company C.
