A string of adjectives

Is there a name for this when you string a whole bunch of adjectives together?

Can someone please help me edit this and tell me any rules I can apply to know when to add hyphens etc? Thanks!

We have enough skinny, smart, clear-complexioned, proper-grammar-using, pearly-white toothed, skinny headed, non-split-end haired, and polite people posing as ambassadors for great brands. It’s time to break the stereotype and let me, a chubby, c-average college student, mediocre credit score bearing, happy go-lucky, Asian gal with a GIANT head be your ambassador
