Essay & Composition Writing

A Streetcar named Desire

Hi, I have to write an essay (A-level) on the following question, and would be grateful for any general essay structure tips and, of course, points that'll help me answer the actual question. It isn't due in for a while, but I'd like to make a start.

Q) How successfully does Williams change the audience’s perception of Blanche DuBois from vain and self-obsessed at the beginning of the play to a tragic victim by the final act?

Hi, I assume you already know the fundamentals of writing an essay, as you are doing A levels. So, the only point I would stress is the need to make a good outline before you start to write. It's time well spent!
