In Brazil, or at least in my city we dont have such a problem with stray dogs. I mean, they are a nuisance - they live near trash piles, tear up the bags containing rests of food and so on. Many people consider them as a problem to the public health, but theres not much action being taken about it.

Irene_LCan you tell us how this problem was solved? (or maybe it never existed in your country?)There have been no stray dogs here, at least not in my lifetime. It would be punishable to release a dog in the wild and I don't think any dog could survive our cold winters. In northern Finland temperatures go down to -30C every winter even though that is extremel
Cool BreezeThe authorities have started to shoot them, to poison them and to kill them in any which way they can. That's so cruel!
