A statute for one of the foreign teachers in our school

hello, I have written the following points for one of theforeign teachers. I am afraid that there may some mistakes in my sentences. Hope native English speaker can help me to make the statute more perfect. Thanks.

1. My photo can be used for promotion campaign inside the Web International English Wenzhou center.

2. I agree to take part in the Extra-curricular Activities (ECA) or Party such as Chrismas party, Halloween party. There is no extra allowance for these but I have the right to make up the missed rest.

3. I should be friendly to any other staff including other foreign teachers and all of my students.

4. Having my class without any personal emotion and never talk about anything unrelated to my class.

5. If I break any statute above, then I will be terminated according to the Pink slip we discussed before.

I'd call it a regulation. A law is really made by a government. I've made a number of suggested changes.

1. My photo can be used for promotional campaigns for the Web International English Wenzhou center.

2. I agree to take part in extra-curricular activities (ECA) and parties such as the Chrismas party or the Halloween party. There is no extra payment for these but I have the right to make up the missed free time.

3. I willl be friendly with any other staff, including other foreign teachers and all of my students.

4. I will teach my class in a professional way. I will never talk about anything unrelated to my class. I'd like to comment a little on this one about talking. Perhaps you just want your teacher to follow a text-book exactly. But to do a good job, teachers really should be able to have some free conversation with their class. If that is what you want, perhaps you need to give your teacher more specific guidelines and examples about what should not be discussed. For example, are you perhaps thinking that they should not discuss politics?

5. If I contravene any of the above items, then I will be terminated in accordance with the procedure we discussed earlier.
