Which are correct:

1-It can be seen by a standing person.
2-It can be seen by a person standing.
(Meaning: It can be seen by a person who is standing.)

3-It could have been seen by the standing man.
4-It could have been seen by the man standing.
(Meaning: It could have been seen by the man who was standing.)
