I would like to mention Haim Heberfeld, a special person that regrettably could not attend our meeting today; Haim was the first person to intiate the connection between the two aforementioned cities.
Furthermore, Haim had always taken care of everything related to the relationship between our cities, and I would like to thank him for his ambitious efforts all these years.
