Can I say,

(a) Last Sunday was windy. Janet went to a shoe shop. It was / It had a special discount.

(b) Janet did not buy any shoes. The salesgirls became angry and told her not to come to her shop again.

With my previous post I wanted to draw your attention to the fact that you're repeating over and over the same sentences. I am not sure in what way this helps you improve your English. How come you're still focusing on the same stories after so many months? Why are they so important to you?

I believe it's about time you started working on more complex grammatical featur
