A speach in English by a member of our Parliament.

Dear all,

The following is a link of a video of one of our actor cum politicians. He is the member of our parliament now. The other day he raised his voice in the parliament against the pitiful conditions of Adivasis (a section of our community that lives in backward areas.) He has been appreciated for his sympathy towards Adivasis and for his English speech. Actually, most of our MP's are not able to speak in English. But this person spoke in English. But I think that his English is not upto the mark. I'd like to get your opinion on this. I don't know whether this kind of a question can be asked in this forum.
