A sound problem.

I always struggling with pronouncing "A" .
Whenever i say A , people hearing like E.
How can i fix my accent to get it right?

Ask a native speaker to help. He can pronounce the A, then have you pronounce it. He'll tell you if you've done it right. If not, repeat the process until you show improvement. Instead of single sounds it might be better to use whole words in this kind of practice.
