A slogan

The school I'm at wants to use the following for the student handbook. It's translated from Chinese.

Appreciate, cherish and encourage one another,

Set goals and be both helpful and benevolent.

Does it need a full stop at the end of the first line or is the comma ok?

Also, if a comma at the end of the first line is OK, does the second line need to start with a capital letter?

Cheers all
