A slide track

What is a "slide turned into a track"? What kind of thing are you referring to?

Basically it is a slide with high and low levels, but you want to call it or use it as a train track which doesn't show any track rails and ties. So you want to combine and make a compound word, but I was wondering if sliding could also works since the track slopes.
