I couldn't understand two parts in this sentence.
[Q1] Does "site" not need "article"?
I think the writer has to write as "and review a site, review sites,or review the site".
Can we not count the number of "site"?

I think "figures" means the "numbers". I couldn't understand why the writer write "and then figures".
I think it should be "and figures".
For your understanding,
"There are bananas, apples and pears"
Can I write as "there are bananas,apples and then pears"?

I believe "review" is an adjective here, not a verb.
This is one of those super long modifiers.
