Yes. It's a command, the imperative form of the verb, and 'you' is implied. 'Here's the lesson for tomorrow, Roscoe. Read it. Study it. Know it. There will be a test.'

Hi, indeed it is the imperative form of the verb and you is implied. And what if I want to imply him or her? in that case should I say :

'Have him know it' or 'Get him to know it'. It is probably 'May he know it'. which is in the subjunctive mood. Couldn't a command imply him or her?
