Hello EE

You could say:

'Please alight carefully, madam...'
'Get off my bus, you revolting little brat!'
'If you want to get off the bus at the next stop, please ring the bell.'
'Please stand back and allow passengers to get off the bus.'
'Alight here for Piccadilly!'
'Please take all your belongings with you when you alight from/get off the bus.'
