Cupcakes are a universally loved and they are the perfect treat for birthdays or celarities. Before making this cupcake, preheat oven to 325°F and place 12 cupcake liners into a cupcake pan at the same time. Afterward, you sift the flour, salt, and baking powder into a mixing bowl and use a sifter to thoroughly incorporate the dry ingredients. After that, add the eggs, milk and vanilla, mix everything together on slowest speed to form a smooth batter. You don’t need to overmix as the cake might be dense and heavy. If you want to add chocolate chips, sprinkles, or another mix-in, stir it in now. The next step is to divide the cupcake mixture evenly into the cupcake tin and make sure fill each up about 2/3 full. Then, you bake the cupcakes in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes and whip up the frosting of your choice to finish your cupcakes. Finally, you will have wonderful cupcakes which attract your senses. Because these cupcakes look extremely alluring by decorated with sprinkles and the beautifully whipped frosting makes these more enticing. The smell of these cupcakes is mouthwatering because of the mixture of eggs, milk,etc. Moreover, the cupcakes have fluffy and light texture, melt-in-the-mouth-taste, rich but not heavy and the sweet taste of the strawberries also pairs well with cream cheese, a simple buttercream.
