Rules help human kinds live safely in a community. In my area, there is a sign reads," Not littering" to prevent people from throwing debris away.

The local authorities have displayed this signage for three years because they hope residents to enjoy a fresh environment. These days, littering is an alarming issue. An enormous number of people throw the rubbish away everywhere, which leads to a variety of negative impacts on the environment of creatures and health of people. Therefore, the signage is put here to raise the public‘s environmental awareness . However, individuals frequently disobey the rule since they are excessively lazy to go to the trash bins . Therefore, they throw trash away on the spot. Although one person is not enough to cause the pollution, I still hope everyone obeys the rule. If someone breaks the rule, many people will follow.

Overall, rules are the presentative of justice for man. Rules play an essential role to keep our lives disciplined and secured as well. If life without rules, the world of humankinds would be chaotic. To let the rules take effect, human beings must seriously obey them.
