Dear Users,
I've just sent this short email to one clinic and I'm wondering if I wrote it well enough.
1) I probably should have used the present perfect tense in the opening sentence: I have had...
2) I'm not sure if the word billings is the right choice here and if from is the right preposition.
Thanks
Dear Sir or Madam,
I had a few appointments at your clinic in the past 2-3 months. Could you please forward to my email all the billings from those visits?
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Best regards,
XYZ
