A Sentence meaning 2
Hi,
There are two other sentences in this article which I can't make out of it:
1- Vehicle or outdoor storage on any tower site is prohibited.
2- On site parking on an approved concrete surface for periodic maintenance and service must be provided at all antenna or tower locations consistent with the underlying zoning district.
Would anybody please clarify and explain the two. These are two rules for constructing mobile masts in Texas which I found contradicting.

imantaghavi which I found contradicting. ) At first I found it contradictory as well, but I think that there's a non-contradictory interpretation that hinges on the difference between 'storage' (leaving a vehicle there permanently) and 'parking' (leaving a vehicle there temporarily while performing maintenance at the site and then driving off in that vehicle when finished). imantaghaviyou mean contradicting isnot right at all?No, I don't mean that. I mean that native speakers will understand it perfectly, but it's not the word they would use, so it will more or less give you away as not being a native speaker or writer.
