A sentence from the Telegraph

Here is a sentence from an article in the Telegraph. I reckon I spot a couple of mistakes.
'And if Ed Miliband is tempted to sit back and watch what many believe wrongly is little more than a Tory-Ukip spat, he should think again.'
I think there should be a comma before if and wrongly should be before the verb, not after. Am I right?

Anonymous I think there should be a comma before if and wrongly should be before the verb, not after. Am I right? I don't see that any change is necessary.
