Is there anything you would correct?

The only week I needed to be food in the fridge, the fridge is empty. I was supposed to have guests over and my mom forgot to go grocery shopping.

It should be: "The only week I needed there to be food in the fridge, the fridge is empty." or "The only week I need food to be in the fridge, the fridge is empty." or "The only week I needed food in the fridge, the fridge is empty."
