What is a "love language"? I don't know. The rest of the sentence can be taken literally.

Why did they use "to" with "an adjective"?
Insincere is an adjective.
So, that's why I couldn't understand the sentence itself

Amir OghlowWhy did they use "to" with an adjective? [no quotes on adjective]
They didn't. "to" goes with "vulnerable" and "manipulation". It's vulnerable to manipulation. But what kind of manipulation is it? It is insincere manipulation, i.e., manipulation that is insincere.

OK now?
