A Semi-Colon Query - Trying to Avoid a Splice

Please have a look at this. I need pros for this one:

"Now look at the both of you, living like gods, and thanks to me; that’s who, me and no one else!"

Is that semi-colon right there; that is, is it separating two independent clauses? I'm almost certain that that's what they are, unless there is something dependent about them that I'm not quite getting.

Thanks.
