A scripture about the use of [of]

Hi,

Could any native tell me the truth of the scripture in Doctrine and Covenants 50:34?

"He that receiveth of God, let him account it of God; and let him rejoice that he is accounted of God worthy to receive."

= (my version) That he receives the things (of = coming from) God, let him account it ( of =coming from) God; and let him rejoice that he is accounted ( of= coming from) God worthy to receive.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
