A screw move??

This is from a scene of a movie in the below:
https://charlesanderik2016.wordpress.com/2015/05/13/erik-is-raven-part-v/

(Quotation from the above web page)
FC Erik starts to look around the bar, turning slowly to the right. DoFP Erik is “held hostage” as the lights come on in the booth and “Raven” tells him “If I see so much as a screw move, I will jam this into your throat.” (My lord, is that ever a DoFP Charles facial expression right there.) Satellite Erik scene now shows both him and Charles as they both watch the signal turn towards them. Charles sits down with Moira at the table bar, blabbing on about his “mutated single celled organisms.” Raven walks past the man in the blue suit who spoke to her as Charles, and responds to him: “Then I’ll kill them, too.”

(My question)
In the above passage, there is an expression “If I see so much as a screw move, I will jam this into your throat.”

What does "a screw move" here mean?
Does it mean "a slightest action like a screw moves"?
Or does this "a screw" indicates something?

Did "Raven" mean, "If you turn to the right even just a little bit again, I will jam this into your throat"?

This film's plot and characterisation is too complicated for me to quickly get my head round it, but is this Erik possibly a kind of robot or android who may incorporate screws in his body? Alternatively, I randomly found a quote (link below) saying that a character called Erik can "control all forms of metal by using his mind". If that's the same character, perhaps "Raven" is worried that he will use his powers to move some metal objects somehow to his advantage?
