I graduated with honors / *** laude / magna *** laude / summa *** laude.

University per semester:
I made the Dean's List. (Every semester, there is a list of students with the highest grades overall. It is called the "Dean's List")

High School (per year or semester):
I made the Honor Roll. (This is the term which applies to high school.)

It is found in American (and probably Canadian) schools.
Other countries will have similar expressions. But I don't know what country you are from, so I cannot give you any better advice.
