1. It's The FBI.
2. urgently is not the best adverb to go with investigating.

3. It's not investigate about; it's just investigate, or make an investigation into ...

4. spread is irregular. Its past tense is spread - not spreaded.

5. ... that there would be ... You left out a word.

6. ... run up to the mountains ...

7. rumor does not seem to be the right word.

Maybe this:

The FBI is giving first priority to its investigation into the source of a claim that there would be an earthquake in California last week, a claim that sent people running to take refuge in the mountains.

Be aware that the content of your sentences is quite unbelievable. No one who made such an announcement, or started such a rumor, would be believed. It is well known that earthquakes are nearly impossible to predict. It's also unlikely that the FBI would be called in to investigate such a claim. In addition, people who live in the mountains are just as likely to suffer damage from earthquakes as those who live in the valleys. Mountains don't really provide safety from earthquakes.
