A robbery

Last Tuesday was sunny. Peter and his friend, John walked home from school. On their way, there was a motorcyclist riding past a deserted road. A lady, who was a middle age, carrried a brown handbag in her gorgeously dressed.

Suddenly, the man on his motorcycle stopped the lady from behind. He took out a small knife from his pocket (as a warning threat) and snatched her handbag tremendously / vigorously. She screamed loudly for help. The boys were shocked at the moment and hid in / into the bushes immediately.

Peter quickly made a call to the police./ called the police with his mobile phone. Around 15 minutes, the police reached the scence of the event / incident. They followed the track of the robbers and finally caught him succesfully. The police praised the boys for being active and quick actions.
