'a ride' ^^

A woman goes out of the bathroom. A naked man lies in a bed. Then, she changes her clothes and says that she really can't stay. Her last words are: "Thanks for the ride". I don't think it's ironic. And this is my problem, because I don't know if they had sex and this is very important. And I know there is this 'naughty' meaning of 'a ride', but I'm not sure Emotion: smile What could you suggest?
