A reservation for/at noon

Hello everyone.

Could you please evaluate each of the following four sentence depending on whether or not it is natural? I'm thinking of a situation where someone booked a table at a restaurant in the morning because he wanted to have lunch at noon:

(A) Mike made a lunch reservation for noon.
(B) Mike made a lunch reservation at noon.

(C) Mike made a reservation for lunch for noon.
(D) Mike made a reservation for lunch at noon.

Top answer

I usually say and hear A. C seems a tad clumsy to me. B and D seem a bit ambiguous.
