A request to higher authorities

Since I have started working as certificated teacher, I have noted that all the heavy works are on the shoulder of a Certificated teacher in middle level like being the class in charge, discipline in charge, assemble in charge, examination in charge etc. Furthermore, beside teaching the core subjects i.e science, English and maths they have to teach all other subject like Geography, History, computer, and in times Drawing, Health and Physical Education, Islamiyat and Arabic too. A certificated Teacher has six classes a day and 36 in a week while TT, AT, DM and PET has three in a day and eighteen in a week. Moreover they are never willing to teach any other subject not even Urdu. They honestly say that .............. Besides, they never want to be a class in charge and any other in charge etc. Often head teachers too have a soft corner in their heart for them and they often defend them by saying ..... If a certificated teacher is that capable and their job is that tough why then have their pay scale equal to TT, AT, DM, or PET? It’s unjust! The Government is discriminating Certificated teachers. When a Certificated teacher’s job is three times than the job of a TT, an AT, a DM, and a PET then their pay scale should be three times higher than them. We all are requesting to the higher authorities to do us justice by raising our pay scale as soon as possible.
